Assistant Office Manager Job Purpose: Supports company operations by maintaining office systems and processes 

Assistant Office Manager Job Duties:

  • Maintains equipment by planning equipment procurement and maintenance; evaluating products, service, and warranties.
  • Maintains building services by identifying, selecting, and monitoring vendors.
  • Accomplishes project results by communicating and coordinating requirements; expediting fulfillment; evaluating milestone accomplishments; evaluating optional courses of action; changing assumptions and direction; updating media plans.
  • Maintains office services by organizing office operations and procedures; preparing payroll; controlling correspondence; designing filing systems; reviewing and approving supply requisitions; assigning and monitoring clerical functions.
  • Provides historical reference by defining procedures for retention, protection, retrieval, transfer, and disposal of records.
  • Maintains office efficiency by planning and implementing office systems, layouts, and equipment procurement and shipping.
  • Designs and implements office policies by establishing standards and procedures; measuring results against standards; making necessary adjustments.
  • Completes operational requirements by scheduling and assigning employees; following up on work results.
  • Keeps management informed by producing, reviewing and analyzing special reports; summarizing information; identifying trends.
  • Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks; participating in professional societies.
  • Achieves financial objectives by preparing an annual budget; scheduling expenditures; analyzing variances; initiating corrective actions.
  • Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
  • using a range of office software, including email, spreadsheets and databases

Fluent in Portuguese required.

Systems Engineer

Systems engineer Job Purpose: Design, develop maintain the software, computer systems and networks.  

Systems Engineer Job Duties: 

  • The system engineer has the main responsibility to ensure that the computer systems are working optimally and successfully.
  • Make sure the compatibility of the hardware and software used by the company.
  • It is also needed to ensure the safety and security of the company systems.
  • It is the responsibility to update and upgrade the systems regularly or in a timely manner.
  • He or she has to make sure that the network connections to the systems are up and functioning properly.
  • The system engineer needs to design the computer systems accordingly to the needs.
  • He or she is responsible for checking system specifications as well.
  • There are many other basic jobs to fulfill such as performing functional analysis and testing the computer applications.

Skills/Qualifications:

  • The person needs to have the excellent knowledge about different software languages and their network applications as well.
  • He or she should have a very good knowledge of different operating systems and security devises.
  • The person needs to be an excellent communicator and should have the skills both verbal and written.
  • The person needs to be a good leader as well as a team player to do the supervision and management effectively.
  • He or she should be able to manage, coordinate and organize data properly.
  • It is needs to gather a comprehensive view for the designing and development and then design new concepts.
  • The person should have the ability to work within the strict given deadlines.
  • The other skills required to do the job are the analytical, make decisions and solve problems.
  • He or she needs to be able to work in high pressure situations and deadlines perfectly.
  • He or she should have the excellent leadership qualities to be a god leader.
  • The engineer has the responsibility to provide the appropriate training and the instructions to lead junior engineers.
  • Fluent in Portuguese required.
